I wanted to make a detailed video of how and what I feed them , and put footage of the quails themselves, I explained in detail all the foods I used, perhaps you skipped past those sections. I don't make short videos, I prefer to give more detail and talk to people about my processes,it's what I enjoy doing, it's not for everyone I'm sure 😊, Thanks for watching 👍

Yes it has the type of handle you insert and screw from opposite side. Any reel you are looking at and your not sure,I recommend going into the store (not even necessarily the store you will buy it from) and ask to have a play with it, get a feel for the bearings, the bail action, if it is reversible handles... etc.... whatever the brand, I think it's the best way to be sure of getting what you want. I always pair up my reels to a rod, so I usually either take my rid in and ask if I can attach it to the reel I want to buy and see the balance.... or the other way around, hope this helps 👍

Yes I think that will be a good idea, but when you put him back in, watch for signs of aggression, especially towards the chicks. You may need to remove him again 😭

Their enclosure is my bird aviary, I built it myself 😀 I have made a 3 part [rather long] series on how I built it, thus is video 1 ---> ua-cam.com/video/69CsRMJHlEU/v-deo.htmlsi=f9RuhjsWD7ZdvzMa The floor is children's sand pit sand, cheap and easy to replace. I actually built the aviary more to accommodate finches and small parrots, but I also had the quails in mind. Size is approx 4 metres long and 1 metre wide.... with the floor area of the aviary being around 2.4 metres for the quails to live in. I currently don't have quails again as I just started a gouldian finch breeding program, but I will return to quails in the near future, I have been breeding them for decades and I do miss them when I don't have them. @@ProUzer I definetly don't recommend questing in that area. Try AZURE SHORE for easy questing 👍 I did a short video swimming in that area showing it....
